Arterial Armboard Splint

Arterial Armboard Splints are used to secure and position the wrist to prevent unnecessary movement when using arterial and IV lines. The pre-bent plastic insert positions the wrist in the hyper-extended position.

• Armboard Splint, made from 3mm thick HDPE plastic – a semi-rigid plastic.
• Splint is padded with 8mm thick foam sleeve, which is lined with soft terry towelling fabric.
• Non sweat terry towelling for soft, comfortable skin contact
• The plastic splint can be inserted and removed
• Adjustable hook and loop straps allow for a comfortable, secure fit for all patients.
• Packaged in a pack of 10, including armboards, covers and straps
• Suitable for most arterial site immobilisation applications.
• Single use only
