“I got this wrap to ice my knee after surgery. The wrap is very soft and comfortable. It’s easy to wear because the straps Velcro, making it customizable to both my calf and thigh. There are 3 sections of ice which makes the wrap fit well around my leg and the ice hits the right spots on my knee without being big and bulky. I could customize it further by taking out a section if I didn’t want to ice the back of my knee. The ice stayed nice and cold for the 20 minutes I iced but could have easily left it on longer because the ice hadn’t melted. The cold was consistent without burning at all.”
